First of all thanks so much for checking out my blog page. Be sure to poke around the other pages of my website and see all the neat projects I have been a part of.
So the question today is should you hire a handyman. Well if your me I am the type of person to scour the internet and find out the best way to accomplish something and I don't rest until I've solved whatever the problem may be. With that said I know that it is simpler to just hire someone to change the flapper on the toilet however you may try just looking up how it is done first. I think you will be surprised how simple the process is and a $7 part from home depot is much more reasonable than what I would charge you for my one hour minimum charge.
"Why is a professional handyman telling me not to hire a handyman?"
I can answer that. I have been doing this for many years and I am passionate about educating people. I know for the most part that you may not care about the finer points of sink plumbing but with a little knowhow, when that leak springs you will know what to do to stop it from ruining the whole cabinet.
I like to see people succeed. There are a lot of new DIY'er's out there that are trying their hand at making some of the things they may see on TV or online. I am a creative type so I love this type or raw-from-scratch making that ends up as a work of art you can take pride in.
In future blogs I will hopefully be able to provide content that can pass along some of my knowledge to you and maybe help you tackle a project or be informed of the process as the pro you hire completes it for you.
Thanks for reading,
